Description:
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Auto Mechanic who may not have all the experience yet, but brings the mindset, motivation, and hands-on curiosity to grow into a great one. If you’ve ever said “I just want to work with my hands and see the result of what I build,” this is your moment to make that real. You don’t need shop experience — just the willingness to show up, follow instructions, and learn how machines actually work. You’ll use both your hands and your head — combining experience with scan tools, software, and old-school mechanical instinct. You’ll learn how to properly lift a car, torque a bolt, identify worn parts, and know when “good enough” isn’t good enough in a real shop environment. ” You’ll shadow live repairs, help prep vehicles, clean parts, replace filters, change tires, and watch how real diagnostics are done from the bay floor. You’ll practice writing clear notes, communicating with the front desk, and asking for help when something doesn’t look or sound right. You’ll communicate clearly with service writers, parts managers, and customers when needed — with no jargon, just straight talk. You’ll work on real cars for real customers, and see how your work directly impacts safety, satisfaction, and trust.
Basic Qualifications:
- Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, exhausts, cooling systems, and drivetrains.
- Handle vehicle lifts, jacks, and tools safely—adhering to torque specifications and using proper repair techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake pad replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery replacements.
- Follow repair orders, technical manuals, and manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and safe vehicle servicing.
- Maintain inventory of tools, request replacements, and ensure calibration of diagnostic equipment when needed.
Preferred:
- Familiar with using diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and pressure gauges.
- Able to manage time effectively to complete jobs within quoted timeframes.
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems including engines, brakes, and suspensions.
- Able to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks accurately.
- Understands how to inspect vehicles and identify worn or damaged parts that need replacement.
Benefits:
- Enjoy a clean work environment, with a team that keeps things organized and efficient.
- Job stability in a growing industry — we’re busy year-round, no layoffs here.
- Competitive pay that rewards your experience and expertise.
- Frequent workshops and certifications — stay ahead of industry changes.
- Safety-first mindset — we don’t cut corners, and neither should you.
” You’ll receive guidance and feedback every step of the way, so you’re building confidence as you build skill — not guessing or faking it. You’ll be treated like a learner, not a laborer — with time, tools, and training that help you build skill, not just sweat. You’ll earn respect by doing things right, cleaning up after yourself, checking torque specs, and not being afraid to say “I’m not sure — can you show me? You’ll be part of a shop that values learning, promotes from within, and knows how to turn “rookies” into real technicians over time. You’ll be part of a team that respects each other’s craft — where every lift has standards, and every repair earns trust. You’ll be given chances to get certified, learn new systems, and eventually move from helper to lead tech as your skills and confidence grow. You’ll finish the program not just with skills, but with confidence, direction, and a team behind you that’s ready to keep investing in your future. If you’re serious about learning this craft, respect the shop floor, and want to grow into someone others trust — we’re ready to teach you everything we know.
