Description:
We’re looking for an Instagram Reels Editor who’s passionate about creating viral content and knows exactly what works on the platform. You’ll be in charge of crafting Reels that not only stand out but keep people coming back for more. You’ll be filming, editing, and producing short-form videos that stop people from scrolling. If you’re someone who keeps up with the latest trends, soundbites, and visual effects, you’ll be right at home here. We want someone who doesn’t just follow trends but creates them — someone who can spot what’s hot and turn it into something uniquely ours. This is a fast-paced, high-energy job where you’ll need to think on your feet, edit quickly, and still produce polished, shareable content.
Basic Qualifications:
- Source and sync royalty-free or trending audio that enhances the content's emotional impact.
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and vibe that aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
- Cut down raw footage into engaging 15–60 second clips that hook viewers fast.
- Adjust editing style to fit various niches—from fashion to education to humor.
- Color-grade, caption, and format videos so they look polished while still feeling native to Instagram.
Preferred:
- Has worked with or studied content marketing, media production, or digital design.
- Able to repurpose existing content into compelling Reels with a fresh twist.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels features, trends, and viral formats.
- Interested in experimenting with storytelling, transitions, and hooks.
- Enjoys filming and editing both lifestyle and promotional content.
