Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive our influencer partnerships to new heights. You’ll identify and connect with influencers who genuinely align with our brand’s message and vision. You’ll craft personalized, engaging outreach that cuts through the noise and makes influencers actually want to reply. You’ll balance creativity with strategy, tailoring your approach based on each influencer’s unique style and audience. You’ll manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects, maintaining clear records of each conversation and follow-up. You’ll track and manage outreach campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every relationship is nurtured. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing to ensure every outreach campaign aligns with broader strategic goals. You understand that the best partnerships are built on transparency, respect, and mutual inspiration. You’ll help create brief templates, outreach sequences, and process docs to scale what works.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help manage affiliate or referral codes and ensure influencers receive correct links, tracking, or discounts.
• Celebrate strong partnerships—send thank-yous, feature their content, and keep top influencers in the loop for future work.
• Use tools like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, or even Airtable + Gmail to streamline your workflow.
• Coordinate bulk outreach during big campaigns or product launches, managing multiple influencer relationships at once.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, creative angles, or niche opportunities—your input matters.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones asynchronously.
• Understands how to identify influencers that align with brand values and target audience.
• Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets or CRM tools to track outreach and responses.
• Can handle follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling promotional content timelines.
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and how creators monetize.
