We’re looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk who understands that hospitality starts long before a guest reaches their room. You’ll welcome travelers from around the world and make their stay feel personal from the very first “Hello. ” Your job is part concierge, part problem-solver, and part memory-maker — and you wear each role with ease. You’ll manage check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and billing with grace and attention to detail. You’ll help guests celebrate honeymoons, survive business trips, or just catch a good night’s sleep. Basic Qualifications:

- Stay calm under pressure during peak hours, special events, or guest escalations—always aiming to solve problems with grace.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, local recommendations, or special requests.
- Promote in-house services (e.g., spa, dining, room service) to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Handle late-night or early-morning shifts responsibly—managing guest arrivals, security checks, and system updates.

- Enjoys meeting new people and helping them have a positive experience.
- Understands how to resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to greet guests warmly and professionally.
