Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help optimize our digital workspace and improve team collaboration. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining well-structured Notion workspaces that are efficient and easy to navigate. You’ll assist in creating databases, project boards, and templates that streamline workflows and improve team productivity. You’ll help ensure that all documents, notes, and tasks are organized in a consistent, user-friendly way that promotes productivity. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll assist in setting up and maintaining a design system, ensuring that all team members have access to the resources they need. You’ll maintain an organized system of knowledge management, ensuring all documents and resources are easily accessible and searchable. You’ll manage access and permissions, ensuring that sensitive information is protected while maintaining necessary visibility for team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Build systems that support recurring tasks, project tracking, content production, or habit tracking—all with a minimalist approach.
• Collaborate with clients or teams to understand their workflow needs, pain points, and priorities before structuring a Notion system.
• Ultimately, bring order to digital chaos so your clients can focus on doing what they do best.
• Document processes, SOPs, and onboarding materials directly within Notion for easy access and future team reference.
• Stay up to date on Notion updates, beta features, and community tips to improve the quality of each build.

Preferred:

• Comfortable with ongoing workspace maintenance, updates, and user support.
• Capable of explaining workspace structure to new users and creating onboarding guides.
• Pays close attention to naming conventions, icons, and visual hierarchy for clarity.
• Knows how to link databases together and build relational systems in Notion.
• Stays updated on Notion feature releases, best practices, and community templates.
