We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist Trainee to help us write newsletters, blog posts, and website content — no experience required, just a love for clear writing and digital communication. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team to turn ideas into emails that get opened and articles that get read. We’ll teach you how to balance creativity with strategy, and how to speak in a voice that’s consistent, human, and brand-aligned. You’ll work directly with founders, designers, and even customers to shape how our brand shows up and speaks online. Expect to do a little of everything: social posts, reels, memes, newsletters, product launch content, FAQs, and community replies. We’ll show you how to write with tone, clarity, and purpose — and how to adapt for different audiences and platforms. We’ll show you how to speak to pain points, build trust, and write copy that turns readers into clients, not just followers. We’ll guide you on how to use tools like MailerLite, Brevo, Notion, Grammarly, and WordPress (or similar CMS). You’ll be encouraged to break formats, test weird ideas, and follow intuition — not just best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to each platform's culture.
• Repurpose high-performing content across channels to maximize reach.
• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, click-through rate, and conversions from content.
• Prepare reports and slide decks to share wins, learnings, and next steps with the team.
• Create monthly content calendars that balance promotions, education, and community.

Preferred:

• Open to running webinars, newsletters, giveaways, or digital events to boost engagement.
• Can collaborate with designers, copywriters, and ad specialists to align creative direction with brand goals.
• Knows how to perform audience research and adapt messaging for different target segments.
• Enjoys building communities, sparking conversations, and growing online presence.
• Familiar with brand tone, visual identity, and guidelines to keep communication consistent.
