Description:

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer Trainee to help us design mobile-first interfaces for early-stage products — no experience required, just a sharp eye and willingness to move fast and learn faster. You’ll work on websites that introduce products, explain services, and convert visitors through thoughtful design and messaging. We’ll teach you how to use Figma like a pro: components, auto layout, grids, and prototyping. You’ll work with product managers and developers to turn raw ideas into wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes. Expect to design onboarding flows, home screens, tab bars, popups, forms, and other essential building blocks of mobile UX. We’ll show you how to ask the right questions, observe behavior, and avoid assumptions in your design process. You’ll also help build and maintain mini design systems so our mobile products stay consistent as they grow. You’ll also be part of visual critiques — learning how to explain your decisions and receive feedback without taking it personally. We’ll help you connect research to UI: how to go from “this is confusing” to “here’s how we can fix it.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute to brainstorm sessions and advocate for the user when strategy gets too abstract.
• Be the champion of user-centered design on your team—question assumptions, push for clarity.
• Support handoff by exporting assets, writing documentation, and checking final builds for quality.
• Gather and interpret feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders without losing your design vision.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to keep components consistent and scalable.

Preferred:

• Knows how to translate research insights into clear visual and interaction design improvements.
• Able to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business goals and user needs.
• Familiar with responsive and adaptive design practices for various screen sizes and devices.
• Thrives in collaborative, feedback-driven environments that balance creativity with strategy.
• Willing to receive and incorporate design critiques to refine and improve work quality.
