Description:
We’re seeking a skilled Notion Workspace Organizer to optimize and streamline our team’s workflow through a well-structured digital workspace. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing Notion workspaces, ensuring they are organized, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll create custom templates, dashboards, and databases to support team workflows and ensure smooth project management. You’ll help ensure that all documents, notes, and tasks are organized in a consistent, user-friendly way that promotes productivity. You’ll manage and update existing Notion pages, ensuring all content is accurate, well-organized, and aligned with project goals. You’ll assist in setting up project boards, task tracking systems, and communication channels within Notion. You’ll work with different teams to integrate Notion with other productivity tools, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll maintain a structured, organized system, ensuring that all documentation, files, and links are up to date and easy to find.
Basic Qualifications:
- Balance simplicity and depth—avoid overwhelming users while still enabling powerful functionality under the hood.
- Set up permission structures, workspace organization, and shared vs private pages to ensure security and access clarity.
- Stay up to date on Notion updates, beta features, and community tips to improve the quality of each build.
- Build systems that support recurring tasks, project tracking, content production, or habit tracking—all with a minimalist approach.
- Collaborate with clients or teams to understand their workflow needs, pain points, and priorities before structuring a Notion system.
Preferred:
- Stays updated on Notion feature releases, best practices, and community templates.
- Comfortable setting up task managers, content calendars, CRMs, or knowledge hubs.
- Can organize large amounts of information into easy-to-navigate pages and categories.
- Comfortable with ongoing workspace maintenance, updates, and user support.
- Organized with systems thinking and enjoys building tools that improve team workflows.
