We’re in search of a Webflow Developer who blends technical skill with creative precision — someone who sees Webflow not just as a tool, but as a full design-to-development canvas. You have a deep understanding of Webflow’s visual development platform and use it to deliver high-quality, fully responsive sites without cutting corners. You treat classes, CMS collections, and interactions like tools in an artist’s kit, and you know when to keep it simple and when to push boundaries. You’ve likely built dozens of sites in Webflow — maybe for clients, maybe for fun, but always with attention to detail. Your class naming system is organized, your layouts are mobile-first, and your published sites load fast and look sharp. You care about performance, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and page speed — all the little things that turn a good site into a great one. You’re comfortable working independently, but you also shine when collaborating with designers, marketers, and content strategists.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.
• Support landing page creation for marketing experiments with quick turnarounds and clean versioning.
• Adapt design elements when necessary for responsiveness without compromising the brand feel.
• Collaborate asynchronously—share updates in Notion, Slack, or Loom when live meetings aren't needed.
• Create modular design systems inside Webflow—components, style guides, and reusable classes that make the site easy to scale.

Preferred:

• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
• Comfortable managing projects inside the Webflow Designer and Editor modes.
• Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
• Can build reusable components and style systems for scalable projects.
• Excited to work remotely on creative, fast-paced projects with global teams.
