Description:
We’re searching for a Remote CRM Specialist who treats systems like living organisms — constantly evolving and improving. You’ll be responsible for designing CRM processes that actually support the way our team works — not slow it down. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll ensure our sales and marketing funnels are fully aligned and flowing without friction. You’re the kind of person who gets excited about reducing manual work with smart workflows and logic-based triggers. You know how to translate business goals into workflows, filters, and reports that actually make sense. You know the difference between a lead and a qualified opportunity — and how to guide each through the system. You’ll help define what “qualified lead” means and how we track that in a measurable, repeatable way. You’ll also document your work and create internal guides so teams can understand and trust the data they use.
Basic Qualifications:
- Support onboarding of new team members by training them on CRM best practices, workflows, and data hygiene standards.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, manage integrations, and work with vendors or internal IT to resolve technical problems as needed.
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to ensure accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer data.
- Stay current with CRM platform updates and new features to continuously optimize system performance.
- Set up automated alerts and notifications for deal updates, missed follow-ups, or key account activity to keep teams in sync.
Preferred:
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
- Enjoys making systems more efficient and scalable through smart configuration.
- Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
- Comfortable importing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets within a CRM.
