We’re offering an HR Specialist (Recruiter) Trainee position for someone who’s excited to help people find the right jobs — and help teams grow with the right people. You’ll assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles. We’ll teach you how to evaluate resumes quickly, spot key qualifications, and identify hidden potential in candidates. You’ll help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to final offer. You’ll sit in on interviews and learn how to evaluate both hard skills and cultural fit. We’ll show you how to build talent pools, keep notes organized, and track candidate stages with precision. You’ll get familiar with recruiting tools and HR systems used to scale hiring across departments. You’ll help maintain databases, update candidate statuses, and keep hiring pipelines organized and moving. You’ll learn how to balance speed and quality, meeting hiring goals without sacrificing candidate fit.
Basic Qualifications:
- Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the pipeline with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep candidates informed, supported, and engaged throughout the hiring journey.
- Keep an eye on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Help onboard new hires by coordinating documentation, orientation, and first-week schedules.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine role requirements.

- Can collaborate with department heads to refine hiring profiles or revise sourcing strategies.
- Thrives in structured, fast-moving environments where people are the priority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
