We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) who’s passionate about data, curious by nature, and ready to turn numbers into narratives. You don’t need years of experience — just a strong foundation in data analysis, a sharp eye for patterns, and a willingness to keep learning. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be confident working with spreadsheets, basic SQL, and eager to expand your knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. You’ll help build reports, maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and assist with ad-hoc analysis that impacts marketing, product, operations, and more. Whether you're identifying trends in customer behavior, spotting anomalies in financial reports, or helping visualize campaign performance, your insights will play a real role in shaping decisions. You’re the type who triple-checks formulas, labels charts clearly, and takes pride in delivering clean, reliable work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal privacy/security protocols at all times.
• Review data documentation and help improve it when something’s unclear or outdated.
• Assist in building slide decks or presentations to summarize key insights for stakeholders.
• Stay organized with folders, naming conventions, and data versioning so files are always findable.
• Be flexible—sometimes the task is pulling numbers, sometimes it’s spotting a trend, sometimes it's just cleaning a messy sheet.

• Understands the importance of data accuracy, integrity, and privacy.
• Interested in growing into roles like Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Enjoys working with numbers, charts, and turning data into stories.
• Pays close attention to details and double-checks their work before submitting.
• Passionate about continuous learning in data, analytics, and tech.
