Description:

We’re looking for a Hairdresser who knows how to combine technique with creativity — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but helps clients discover what truly suits them. You’ll perform a wide range of services, including cuts, color, highlights, styling, and hair treatments for all hair types and textures. You’ll begin each session with a thoughtful consultation, focusing not just on looks but on lifestyle and hair health. You’ll perform color applications including highlights, balayage, toning, and root touch-ups with precision and care. You’ll be responsible for maintaining your station, sterilizing tools, and keeping the environment clean and welcoming for all guests. You’ll maintain a clean, polished station and follow all salon hygiene protocols with consistency. You’ll maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at your station. You’ll take before-and-after photos (with permission) and help us showcase the great work you do on social media or in-salon displays. You’ll manage your own schedule or work with reception to ensure smooth daily flow and minimal client wait times.

Basic Qualifications:

• Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers with precision and care.
• Keep learning, practicing, and growing—hair artistry is always evolving.
• Offer honest advice on what suits the client’s face shape, lifestyle, and hair type best.
• Build lasting client relationships through good conversation, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Adapt to different hair textures, lengths, and cultural hair care needs with sensitivity and skill.

Preferred:

• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
• Skilled in coloring techniques including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and full-color applications.
• Thrives in energetic, creative spaces where skills, trends, and client care come together.
• Able to assist coworkers and contribute to a team-oriented salon culture.
• Knows how to safely apply chemical treatments like perms, relaxers, or keratin services.
