Description:

We’re looking for a trainee eager to explore the intersection of psychology, coaching, and personal development — no degrees needed, just empathy, curiosity, and a growth mindset. You’ll assist in supporting client journeys by helping to prepare reflective prompts, self-assessment tools, and session summaries. We’ll guide you through the art of asking powerful questions, not giving advice, but facilitating awareness and change. You’ll observe one-on-one sessions and group trainings to understand how theory becomes practice. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. We’ll guide you through models like the GROW framework, inner child theory, and visualization-based coaching. You’ll explore emotional regulation strategies, reframing techniques, and core coaching methodologies. We’ll explain how to hold space — not by fixing, but by guiding people to their own insights. You’ll participate in case studies, roleplays, and feedback sessions to sharpen your empathy and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
• Encourage accountability while maintaining empathy—growth isn’t always comfortable.
• Model emotional intelligence, active listening, and calm presence in every interaction.
• Create supportive materials like worksheets, meditations, or follow-up emails.

Preferred:

• Able to guide clients through emotional challenges, mindset shifts, or behavioral changes with empathy and professionalism.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Background or passion in psychology, leadership, behavioral science, or human development.
• Knows how to adapt coaching models to both in-person and online settings.
• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
