Description:

We’re hiring a Truck Driver Trainee for intercity and long-distance routes — no experience needed, just a license, steady hands, and a head for the road. You may not have local experience yet, but if you have a valid license, responsibility, and a desire to grow — we’ll show you how to build a future on the road. We know starting over isn’t easy, so we’ve built a program that trains from the ground up: how to inspect a truck, plan a route, and deliver with pride. You’ll be shown how to plan routes, manage schedules, and avoid the small mistakes that become big delays out on the highway. You’ll learn how to secure cargo, fill out proper paperwork, and communicate with dispatch clearly and professionally. You’ll ride with experienced drivers who’ll guide you through real deliveries — showing you how to stay calm in traffic, on schedule, and on point. You’ll be taught how to drive with long-haul safety in mind — using your mirrors, managing blind spots, and keeping a cool head in traffic, rain, or rough roads. You’ll represent the company on the road, at docks, and with customers — and your professionalism makes the first impression. You’ll learn how to talk with dispatch, use maps or GPS the right way, and avoid mistakes that happen when you're rushed or unsure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adhere to company policies regarding fuel usage, load handling, and delivery confirmation protocols.
• Handle loading dock operations, liftgate use, pallet jacks, and tie-down equipment depending on delivery environment.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability—showing up on time and representing the company well at each stop.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance such as refueling, adding fluids, or changing lights; report larger issues for repair.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding arrival times, delays, or special delivery instructions.

Preferred:

• Open to flexible work hours, night driving, weekends, or long-distance routes if required.
• Capable of keeping detailed and accurate trip reports, fuel receipts, and maintenance logs.
• Able to communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and clients in a professional manner.
• Respects safety rules, traffic laws, and loading dock protocols at all times.
• Thrives in solo work environments with responsibility and independence.
