Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that great partnerships start with great communication. You’ll lead the charge in identifying and connecting with influencers who genuinely align with our brand and audience. Your job is part researcher, part communicator, and part brand ambassador — all done remotely and on your schedule. You’ll research creators' content, tone, and community to ensure a natural fit before reaching out. You’ll track each conversation in a structured system and follow up with consistency and care. You’ll be responsible for managing conversations, negotiating terms, and making sure influencers feel supported throughout the campaign. You’ll write briefs that are clear and respectful of creators’ time, while still aligned with brand goals. You’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to make sure influencer content aligns with the brand’s tone and timing. You understand how to spot red flags, fake followers, or mismatched partnerships before they happen.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep documentation organized—product specs, supplier details, SKU lists, and SOPs ready to scale.
• Treat each order and message like it matters—because in dropshipping, experience is everything.
• Monitor customer inquiries and respond promptly to build trust and reduce refunds or disputes.
• Continuously look for ways to improve product pages, fulfillment flow, or customer experience.
• Support paid campaign setup by preparing product feeds, landing pages, and checking for errors pre-launch.

Preferred:

• Experience uploading and editing product listings, including descriptions, titles, and images.
• Background or interest in e-commerce, marketing, or online business operations.
• Knows how to research trending products and analyze market demand.
• Comfortable using tools like Oberlo, DSers, or AutoDS for product sourcing and fulfillment.
• Understands refund, return, and dispute handling in a dropshipping context.
