Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our online store. You’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and product images. You’ll assist in handling customer orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to deliveries or returns. You’ll update inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and available for customers. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage discounts, and optimize product visibility online. You’ll assist with customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll monitor the performance of product pages and optimize them for better visibility and higher conversion rates. You’ll update product categories and assist in organizing the website for a streamlined shopping experience for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate effectively with remote teams—updating status, asking questions, and reporting blockers clearly.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.
• Be flexible and ready to help with anything from uploading a new product to chasing a supplier for tracking info.
• Maintain internal documentation like product catalogs, SKU sheets, supplier contact lists, and SOPs for key tasks.
• Monitor reviews and customer feedback to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for product improvement.

Preferred:

• Understands basic e-commerce operations including inventory updates, shipping settings, and product tagging.
• Knows how to research competitors and suggest updates for SEO or pricing strategy.
• Pays close attention to product accuracy, category structure, and variant organization.
• Experience with uploading product images, writing descriptions, and setting prices accurately.
• Values accuracy, presentation, and user experience in online shopping.
