Description:
We’re looking for a Remote HR Coordinator to help drive our HR processes, from recruitment to employee support, in a remote-first environment. You’ll assist in the full cycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding new team members. You’ll assist with onboarding, making sure new employees are set up for success and feel welcomed into the team. You’ll be the go-to for all HR-related inquiries, providing employees with information on policies, benefits, and company practices. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive company culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported. You’ll assist with employee development programs, helping to organize training sessions and performance reviews. You’ll support our employees with training, career development, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous growth. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to help develop and implement employee growth initiatives and performance reviews. You’ll track and report on key HR metrics, using data to improve and refine our processes and operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with People Ops, recruiters, or external vendors as needed, maintaining smooth communication and follow-through.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure all time-off requests, sick leaves, and employment changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications as part of the hiring pipeline.
Preferred:
- Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and hiring managers remotely.
- Can assist in creating or updating internal HR policies, FAQs, and templates.
- Enjoys building systems that support employees and help companies scale.
- Can manage calendars, send timely reminders, and help facilitate smooth interview flows.
- Organized, discreet, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
