Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Figma Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user interfaces for digital products. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring design concepts to life. You’ll be tasked with maintaining design consistency across all projects by developing design systems and reusable components in Figma. You’ll take part in user research and testing, using insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. You’ll assist in developing and maintaining a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all projects. You’ll work with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with the highest quality standards. You’ll ensure that all your designs are responsive, accessible, and adaptable to different devices, including desktop and mobile.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate asynchronously via Figma comments, Loom videos, Notion docs, or Slack updates—especially in remote teams.
• Clean up unused frames, outdated components, and clutter from files to keep the workspace lightweight and focused.
• Support developers by preparing specs, inspecting elements, and providing dev-ready assets within Figma or via plugins.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights—making improvements without compromising consistency.
• Set up interactive prototypes to demonstrate animations, transitions, and logic flows between screens for stakeholder presentations.

Preferred:

• Open to design critiques and capable of explaining rationale behind UI decisions.
• Able to work independently or as part of a remote design team.
• Comfortable working with constraints, variants, and nested frames for clean design files.
• Background or interest in product design, UX/UI, digital branding, or web design.
• Knows how to collaborate in shared Figma files using comments, version history, and real-time editing.
