Description:

We’re looking for a Manual QA Tester who’s not afraid to click every button twice, think like a user, and ask, “What if someone tries this? You’ll be responsible for executing manual test cases, documenting bugs, and verifying fixes across web, mobile, or desktop platforms. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand features and find weak spots before users do. We expect you to test with empathy — not just “does it work,” but “does it make sense, feel smooth, and behave consistently? You’ll work alongside developers and designers to understand product logic and identify edge cases they might miss. You’ll verify fixes, check integrations, and confirm nothing else broke in the process — again, and again, and again. You’ll also perform exploratory testing, thinking like a curious user who tries things in unexpected ways. We’ll teach you how to prioritize severity, escalate issues effectively, and balance speed with thoroughness. You’ll verify fixed issues, retest features after changes, and keep regression from creeping into stable builds. We expect you to be methodical, patient, and persistent — especially when reproducing tricky bugs that only happen “sometimes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Keep notes on known issues, tricky flows, or feature quirks for the team’s collective memory.
  • Test across browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure consistency and compatibility.
  • Be proud of the invisible work—you’re the last line of defense before users see it.
  • Attend sprint planning or standups to stay aligned with the dev and design team.
  • Work with tools like Jira, TestRail, ClickUp, or spreadsheets to manage your QA workflow.

Preferred:

  • Willing to document steps, gather screenshots/videos, and collaborate with developers to isolate issues.
  • Familiar with test case management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray is a plus.
  • Willing to participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Able to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Able to follow checklists and SOPs but also think critically to spot non-obvious issues.

Benefits:

  • Flexible hours — bugs don’t run on office hours, and neither do you.
  • And yes — you’ll get to say “I caught that” when no one else even noticed.
  • Real career paths: senior QA, product QA, QA lead — you choose.
  • We celebrate bug-free builds like birthdays (with cake, yes).
  • We’ll never say “just ship it” if your gut says “please don’t.”

” You’ll join daily check-ins, provide QA updates, and work closely with developers during bug triage and priority discussions. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute ideas that improve usability and reduce confusion — not just break/fix. You don’t need automation skills to start — just strong logic, patience, and the desire to help a product succeed. You don’t need coding experience, but you’ll learn how to think systematically, explore creatively, and test with purpose. We’ll support you with onboarding, tools, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into more advanced QA or product roles. You’ll get the satisfaction of improving product quality every day — and being the last line of defense before users see it. We’ll support your growth with training, mentorship, and the chance to move toward automation, QA leadership, or product work. By the end of your first release cycle, you’ll be trusted, respected, and irreplaceable on the QA team. If you believe quality is in the details — and you know where to look — we’re ready for you to test with us.
