Description:

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer Trainee with a focus on user research — no experience required, just empathy, curiosity, and a desire to design things that actually help people. You’ll work on websites that introduce products, explain services, and convert visitors through thoughtful design and messaging. We’ll teach you how to use Figma like a pro: components, auto layout, grids, and prototyping. You’ll work with product managers and developers to turn raw ideas into wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes. Expect to design onboarding flows, home screens, tab bars, popups, forms, and other essential building blocks of mobile UX. We’ll show you how to ask the right questions, observe behavior, and avoid assumptions in your design process. You’ll sit in on real UX discussions about flows, pain points, and why good design is mostly invisible. You’ll learn the difference between visual flair and visual purpose — and when to push or simplify. We’ll help you understand how scalable design helps companies grow fast without losing visual quality or UX logic.

Basic Qualifications:

• Gather and interpret feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders without losing your design vision.
• Be the champion of user-centered design on your team—question assumptions, push for clarity.
• Balance business needs with user needs—it’s not always easy, but you’ll make the call.
• Organize design files clearly so other team members (or future you) can pick up where you left off.
• Create responsive layouts that work beautifully across different screen sizes and devices.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving real problems through elegant and intuitive design solutions.
• Pays attention to accessibility (a11y) standards, visual contrast, and clean UI structure.
• Comfortable conducting usability tests and iterating designs based on feedback and analytics.
• Knows how to translate research insights into clear visual and interaction design improvements.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with experience creating user interfaces and interactive prototypes.
