Description:

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative who understands that modern sales isn’t about pressure — it’s about precision, presence, and genuine problem-solving. You understand that sales is equal parts listening, timing, and offering real solutions — and you approach each lead with a blend of curiosity, professionalism, and drive. This role isn’t about cold scripts and hard sells — it’s about understanding customer needs, guiding them toward solutions, and creating long-term value. You’ll be working remotely, managing your own pipeline, qualifying leads, handling objections with confidence, and moving conversations forward with purpose. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. You’ll track your activity in a CRM like it’s second nature, and you’re always analyzing your pipeline to understand what’s working and where to improve. You’re comfortable setting and exceeding targets, but you don’t let numbers get in the way of being a good human. You’ll partner closely with our internal teams to provide customer feedback, improve materials, and make sure we’re aligned on who we’re serving and how.

Basic Qualifications:

• Represent the company with professionalism and energy, whether on a cold call or closing Zoom call.
• Nurture long-term relationships with prospects who aren’t ready now but may convert later.
• Provide support during onboarding if needed—making sure the client feels like they made the right decision.
• Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
• Share feedback from prospects with the product team to help shape feature development or positioning.

Preferred:

• Understands basic sales funnels and how to move prospects toward conversion.
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and pitching product value.
• Knows how to build rapport quickly over email, phone, or video calls.
• Basic understanding of the product or service being sold and eagerness to learn more.
• Understands the importance of follow-ups, timing, and personalization in outreach.
