Description:

We’re hiring a proactive and creative Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our online community. You’ll be responsible for fostering positive relationships with community members, responding to comments, and encouraging interaction. You’ll create engaging content for social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, encouraging interaction and participation. You’ll manage and monitor community platforms, responding to comments and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that community strategies align with broader business objectives and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create community-driven campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive brand awareness. You’ll track community sentiment, provide feedback to the team, and help adjust strategies based on real-time conversations and insights. You’ll monitor community conversations, ensuring that the brand’s voice remains consistent and on-message across all platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage community tools like Discord bots, Facebook settings, or third-party integrations to keep operations smooth.
• Respond to questions or concerns in a timely, helpful manner—becoming the voice of support and positivity in the space.
• Identify and empower community advocates, moderators, or ambassadors who can help scale impact and engagement.
• Collaborate with social or content teams to amplify community voices and achievements.
• Organize community meetups—virtual or in-person—and manage logistics, invites, and follow-ups.

Preferred:

• Familiar with content planning, announcements, and organizing community events or campaigns.
• Open to experimenting with new platforms (e.g. Reddit, Telegram, Threads) when appropriate.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head of Community, Engagement Strategist, or Community Experience Lead.
• Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, Slack, or forums.
• Organized with calendars, feedback loops, and multi-channel communication strategies.

You’ll track feedback from the community and provide recommendations to improve product offerings, services, and overall customer experience. You’ll manage community-driven initiatives such as contests, loyalty programs, and user-generated content campaigns. You’ll collaborate with the customer support team to handle service-related concerns and ensure a smooth experience for users.
