Description:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant who’s curious, organized, and ready to learn how online growth actually happens behind the scenes. You’ll support our marketing team with research, content updates, campaign tracking, and a whole lot of Google Sheets. You’ll help schedule posts, write product captions, tweak buttons in our email tool, and learn why that link wasn’t tracking clicks. One day you’ll be researching TikTok trends, the next — helping format a pitch deck or tag events in GA4. We’ll give you briefs, expectations, and feedback in writing — and you’ll reply with progress, questions, or a finished task (with notes). You’ll help prepare reports, update spreadsheets, organize marketing calendars, and catch mistakes that others might miss. You’ll keep calendars clean, folders named, and version control tight — because in the chaos, your structure keeps things moving. You’ll get exposed to SEO basics, funnel logic, A/B testing, and light design review — just enough to know how they connect. You’ll own small tasks and gradually take on bigger ones — at your pace, but with real accountability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Organize creative assets, brand templates, and campaign calendars so the marketing team stays organized and aligned.
- Respond to comments, DMs, or reviews on social media with a helpful and brand-consistent voice.
- Ultimately, help the team deliver campaigns that attract, engage, and convert the right audience effectively.
- Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather data from platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp to generate weekly reports.
Preferred:
- Familiar with organizing marketing assets and maintaining a content calendar.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Canva.
- Willing to support A/B tests, landing page updates, or newsletter optimizations.
- Knows how to proofread and follow brand voice and tone guidelines across all materials.
- Comfortable writing or editing marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, or social media posts.
