Description:

We’re looking for a creative and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create exceptional user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that meet user needs and enhance usability. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and innovative designs. You’ll create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the design system is consistent across all platforms and devices, creating cohesive experiences. You’ll ensure that designs are responsive, optimizing them for various screen sizes, devices, and platforms. You’ll create and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across products and aligning with brand guidelines. You’ll ensure that designs are fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across various devices and screen sizes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help identify UX pain points in live products and propose thoughtful, user-centric improvements.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction patterns, page structure, and microinteractions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

Preferred:

• Knows how to conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback.
• Can manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Wants to grow into roles like Product Designer, UX Researcher, or Design Lead.
• Values clarity, functionality, and empathy in every design decision.
• Understands front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or works closely with engineers to ensure design accuracy.
