Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Figma Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user interfaces for digital products. You’ll be responsible for designing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma for various platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure the design vision is effectively executed. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, consistent, and aligned with the project’s objectives and user needs. You’ll create interactive prototypes in Figma, demonstrating user flows and interactions for client reviews and usability testing. You’ll manage and organize Figma files, ensuring that they are easily accessible and well-documented for collaboration across teams. You’ll stay updated with the latest trends in design, incorporating new techniques, tools, and best practices into your workflow. You’ll create visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces while keeping accessibility and usability at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support developers by preparing specs, inspecting elements, and providing dev-ready assets within Figma or via plugins.
• Stay consistent with brand guidelines while still pushing visual creativity and improving user experience.
• Design accessible interfaces—thinking about color contrast, type size, and interaction states for all users.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights—making improvements without compromising consistency.
• Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files—labeling layers, grouping elements, and organizing pages for easy handoff and teamwork.

Preferred:

• Understands component naming conventions and structured layer organization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, or product managers.
• Pays close attention to accessibility, contrast, and color usage in interface design.
• Comfortable building interactive prototypes and micro-interactions directly in Figma.
• Values clean, scalable, and user-friendly design structures in their files.
