Description:

We’re hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to optimize our website and enhance its visibility across search engines. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic to the website. You’ll conduct thorough keyword research and identify new opportunities to increase website traffic and audience reach. You’ll optimize on-page elements, such as content, meta tags, images, and headers, ensuring they are fully aligned with SEO best practices. You’ll analyze website analytics to monitor performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven solutions. You’ll analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, tracking key metrics and improving conversion rates. You’ll work closely with the content team to ensure all content is SEO-optimized, engaging, and targets relevant keywords. You’ll collaborate with the content team to ensure that all written content is SEO-optimized, targeting high-converting keywords. You’ll stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tactics to continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Automate routine SEO tasks where possible, using scripts or tools to save time and scale insights.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies through guest posts, outreach, directories, and digital PR efforts.
• Support international or local SEO strategies through hreflang tags, location pages, and multilingual content planning.
• Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, and landing pages that drive traffic and conversions.
• Be detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture: rankings are good, but conversions are better.

Preferred:

• Can audit and improve site architecture for both users and search engines.
• Familiar with schema markup, canonical tags, redirects, and indexing issues.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up keyword planning, idea generation, or outline creation.
• Stays updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving search trends.
• Familiar with backlink strategies, outreach tactics, and ethical link building practices.
