Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer who doesn’t just push pixels — you solve real problems with thoughtful design and a strong sense of user empathy. You're not just a visual thinker — you're a systems thinker, someone who can zoom out to understand the broader product vision and zoom in to finesse a button state or micro-interaction. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to take ideas from fuzzy sketches to polished, production-ready designs. From discovery workshops to polished prototypes, you’ll lead the charge on turning complexity into simplicity. You believe design is more than aesthetics — it's about making people feel confident, understood, and in control when they interact with a product. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or internal tool, your work brings clarity, consistency, and delight to the experience. You understand design systems and love the idea of making things scalable and consistent without stifling creativity. Accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design are second nature to you.
Basic Qualifications:
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and internal reviews—perfection is a process, not a destination.
- Help refine product scope and user flows during early discovery and ideation stages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and UX/UI best practices to continuously level up your craft.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
- Inject delight into the product where it makes sense—microinteractions, smooth transitions, clever copy.
Preferred:
- Able to present design ideas and receive feedback without taking it personally.
- Enjoys solving complex problems through intuitive and elegant interfaces.
- Excited to work on end-to-end product experiences from ideation to delivery.
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
- Values design ethics, clarity, and consistency across the user journey.
Benefits:
- We ship often, tweak constantly, and celebrate every thoughtful touch.
- Cross-functional teams with real trust — PMs, devs, and designers work as equals.
- You’ll always have room to learn, push back, and try wild ideas.
- Team rituals include Figma roasts, pixel-perfect challenges, and emoji-only feedback Fridays.
- We value deep thinking, not just fast wireframes.
You welcome feedback, iterate fast, and see collaboration as a creative advantage, not a compromise. You give and receive feedback with generosity, and you’re always pushing to make the product better, cleaner, and more delightful. If you've ever lost track of time making a user flow feel *just right*, we want to hear from you. Let’s create intuitive, thoughtful products that people don’t have to think twice about — they just work. Let’s make things people enjoy using — not just tolerate. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
