Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer to join our team and help create engaging, dynamic websites and applications. You’ll work closely with senior developers to implement beautiful and functional user interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. You’ll be responsible for implementing new features, fixing bugs, and ensuring that our websites function seamlessly across all platforms. You’ll collaborate with designers to ensure the design vision is executed accurately and effectively. You’ll be responsible for maintaining code quality, ensuring it is clean, efficient, and scalable for future updates. You’ll gain exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. js to build dynamic web applications. You’ll be expected to debug issues and contribute to the improvement of website performance and functionality. You’ll collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve the overall functionality of our web applications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist in building interactive elements like modals, tabs, sliders, and form validations using modern JS techniques.
• Explore performance tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals to understand what makes a site fast and efficient.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and display dynamic content efficiently.
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning to stay aligned with the team and keep tasks moving.
• Strive for pixel-perfect implementation, but stay pragmatic when trade-offs are needed to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Curious about build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Knows how to break tasks into components and manage simple app state.
• Enjoys building user-friendly experiences and learning from real-world challenges.
• Comfortable using browser dev tools for debugging layout and functionality issues.
• Understands the importance of performance, accessibility, and semantic HTML.
