We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant who’s curious, organized, and ready to learn how online growth actually happens behind the scenes. You might not have agency experience yet, but you’re curious about how brands grow online and ready to get your hands dirty with the details. One hour you’ll be editing Instagram captions, the next — building a Google Sheet of ad stats or rewriting a CTA for a law firm. You’ll learn to prioritize without someone over your shoulder, manage your time across multiple projects, and ask smart questions early. You’ll proof emails, test links, help organize assets, rename files correctly, and discover that folders matter more than you thought. You’ll help organize content calendars and learn the difference between “a post” and “a brand message that converts. You’ll work in marketing dashboards, email tools, CMS platforms, and spreadsheets — we’ll show you once, then trust you to repeat. ” until it clicks. You’ll get training on tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Canva, and more — and yes, you’ll use them daily.
Basic Qualifications:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Help with setting up tracking (e.g., UTM codes, pixel placements) and testing links across platforms.
- Assist in A/B testing different creatives, headlines, or call-to-actions to find what converts best.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather data from platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp to generate weekly reports.
- Prepare and format internal reports summarizing campaign KPIs like CTR, open rate, ROAS, or impressions.
Preferred:
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Canva.
- Wants to grow into roles like Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Manager, or Growth Marketer.
- Understands how to organize and track campaign performance using spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Excited to support high-performing campaigns that attract and engage target audiences.
- Can contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, taglines, or content hooks.
