Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and provide exceptional service to our clients. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive and helpful experience for every customer. You’ll assist with troubleshooting, product information, and issue resolution, ensuring customers feel valued and heard. You’ll document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all issues and resolutions are tracked and followed up on. You’ll help resolve complaints, turning negative experiences into positive ones by offering timely solutions. You’ll work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues that require additional attention. You’ll keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and policies, ensuring clear communication at all times. You’ll process returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company policies and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with other teams (tech, billing, operations) to get answers or solutions for customer needs quickly.
- Flag recurring problems or pain points so the product team can improve long-term experience and reduce friction.
- Keep a positive attitude and sense of curiosity—support is a fast-moving space where learning never stops.
- Participate in training sessions, weekly check-ins, and team retros to improve processes and stay aligned.
- Manage confidential information securely and follow internal data/privacy protocols.
Preferred:
- Understands how to de-escalate situations and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Values being part of a team that helps people feel heard, supported, and respected.
- Comfortable learning product details to provide fast and accurate support.
- Wants to grow into roles like Customer Success Manager, QA Specialist, or Support Lead.
