Description:

We’re seeking a proactive Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us identify and hire the best talent to support our growth. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines for various roles. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, helping to create job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles. You’ll proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. You’ll work with candidates to discuss their qualifications, experience, and expectations, providing a clear picture of the role. You’ll ensure that all hiring activities are aligned with the company’s values, culture, and growth objectives. You’ll help with negotiating offers, ensuring that candidates understand the role, compensation, and benefits offered.

Basic Qualifications:

• Represent the company with professionalism and warmth—candidates remember how you made them feel.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, providing updates and prompt responses to questions.
• Partner with DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Help optimize or document hiring processes, templates, and internal communication workflows.
• Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, candidate response rate, and pipeline health to improve recruiting strategy.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in HR, talent acquisition, psychology, or business.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones and scheduling interviews accordingly.
• Values empathy, clarity, and transparency when dealing with candidates and hiring teams.
• Understands hiring metrics such as time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline conversion.

You’ll use recruiting software and tools to track and manage the recruitment process, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
