Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s ready to dive into the agency world — where no two days (or briefs) are ever the same. You won’t be tucked into a tiny task — you’ll get exposure to content, ads, email, SEO, landing pages, analytics, and all the random things in between. You’ll communicate mostly in writing: Slack, Notion, comments, tickets — so clarity, context, and kindness in text are your superpowers. You’ll help with things like keyword research, campaign scheduling, competitor analysis, and social content planning — all with support and structure. You’ll learn how to use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, and scheduling dashboards — and we’ll show you how each one connects to goals. You’ll shadow meetings with clients and start to see how feedback turns into action, revisions, and eventually, live campaigns. You’ll keep calendars clean, folders named, and version control tight — because in the chaos, your structure keeps things moving. You’ll learn tools like MailerLite, Notion, Figma, Google Ads, and maybe even Zapier — don’t worry, we’ll teach you. You’ll keep things tidy — folders, filenames, Airtable tabs — because digital chaos helps no one.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Track ad budgets and assist in invoice reconciliation, ensuring spending stays aligned with campaign plans.
  • Stay on top of trends in digital marketing, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to suggest fresh ideas.
  • Collect screenshots, analytics, and campaign notes to prepare presentations or recap decks for internal stakeholders.
  • Help manage and grow email lists, segment audiences, and prepare email campaigns with clean formatting and working links.
  • Update and maintain the company website or e-commerce platform—editing content, uploading images, and checking for broken links or SEO issues.

Preferred:

  • Can contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, taglines, or content hooks.
  • Willing to support A/B tests, landing page updates, or newsletter optimizations.
  • Understands how to organize and track campaign performance using spreadsheets or dashboards.
  • Comfortable sourcing visuals or coordinating with design teams to complete content assets.
  • Background or interest in marketing, communications, media, or business strategy.

Benefits:

  • You’ll learn how to track ROI, write better CTAs, and understand what *actually* moves the needle.
  • You’ll never be stuck doing the same thing every day — variety and creativity are part of the job.
  • Every published post, campaign report, or landing page you help optimize makes a real impact.
  • We celebrate clever subject lines, data insights, and posts that get actual engagement.
  • You’ll work with a collaborative team of marketers, designers, and writers — your work connects all the dots.

” You’ll spot problems before they hit customers and suggest simple solutions that make the user experience smoother. You’ll receive feedback that’s thoughtful, written, and aimed at helping you grow — not just fix things. You’ll watch strategy unfold in real time and slowly start to see where your own skills fit into the bigger picture. You’ll be encouraged to research trends, suggest improvements, and start thinking like a marketer — not just an executor. You’ll learn real marketing — not just how to write a post, but why some content converts and some just sits there. You’ll leave this role more confident, more capable, and with a solid understanding of how real brands grow online. You’ll leave with confidence, better instincts, and maybe a favorite client account you secretly want to keep working on. You won’t just learn digital marketing — you’ll learn how it actually works under pressure, in motion, and on deadline. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
