Description:

We’re hiring a Dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly, our dishes spotless, and our team supported — perfect for someone who works quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in a clean station. You’ll work after the restaurant closes, cleaning dishes, cookware, and prep tools from dinner service and final cleanup. You’ll operate commercial dish machines, scrub large pots and pans, and ensure everything is sanitized and properly stored. You’ll help clean kitchen equipment, counters, shelves, and floors as part of daily closing routines. You’ll help maintain sanitary standards by cleaning surfaces, mopping floors, and organizing storage areas each shift. You’ll collect dirty trays from return stations, stacking and sorting them for safe and efficient washing. You’ll monitor detergent levels, water temperature, and machine performance to keep things running efficiently. You’ll assist chefs and servers with quick turnarounds between courses or guest waves, keeping the pace steady and cleanware flowing. You’ll rotate between washing, drying, and putting away dishes while also helping with kitchen organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Restock soap, sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers in the dish area and bathrooms if required.
• Follow restaurant health and safety standards at all times, including wearing proper footwear.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude—even during high-pressure rushes.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff by keeping a steady supply of clean items during busy service.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures and temperature guidelines to ensure food safety compliance.

Preferred:

• Able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, or holidays based on kitchen needs.
• Willing to assist with garbage removal, floor cleaning, and equipment wipe-downs during and after service.
• Familiar with basic kitchen safety procedures, including handling sharp items and hot surfaces.
• Enjoys contributing to the success of the team through behind-the-scenes work.
• Capable of restocking clean items to appropriate stations and notifying staff of shortages.

You’ll rotate duties including silverware polishing, glass drying, and tray setup depending on daily schedules.
