Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll oversee the journey of our products from point A to point B with minimal friction. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring the right products are in stock and available for shipment when needed. From warehouses to delivery routes, you’ll know what’s going where and when. You’ll monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the logistics process, making recommendations for improvements to reduce costs and increase speed. You’ll collaborate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce inefficiencies. You’ll track and resolve any shipping issues, working with relevant stakeholders to address delays or discrepancies. You’ll monitor stock levels, working closely with purchasing teams to reorder materials in time to meet demand and avoid shortages. You’ll monitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and clients to schedule pickups, track deliveries, and resolve delays.
• Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.
• Support emergency or rush orders by coordinating fast-track delivery solutions or alternative routing.
• Coordinate the movement of goods, materials, or shipments across local, regional, or international routes—ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations accurately and on time.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Manager, or Fulfillment Lead.
• Able to communicate clearly with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Can assist in forecasting logistics needs for upcoming launches or seasonal peaks.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or inventory across vendors or locations.
• Values organization, communication, and reliability in operational roles.
