Description:

We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist Trainee — no experience required, just empathy, attention to detail, and a desire to care for people through technology. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you step by step in both imaging and patient-centered care. You’ll assist in preparing rooms, setting up machines, and guiding patients through the process with clarity and calm. You’ll learn to operate advanced machines with accuracy while keeping your focus on the human being lying in front of you. You’ll start with shadowing and hands-on practice in low-pressure settings until you’re ready to take the lead on simple exams. Expect a blend of hands-on learning, detailed technical training, and compassionate patient interaction. You’ll be trained to think fast, move carefully, and work calmly under pressure while staying attentive to each patient’s condition. You’ll learn how to adjust for wheelchairs, stretchers, and medical limitations without ever making patients feel like a burden.

Basic Qualifications:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and report malfunctions immediately.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient data, and equipment usage.
• Handle sensitive health information with full confidentiality and professionalism.
• Manage a steady flow of patients without making them feel rushed or overlooked.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth workflow.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to image clarity, proper labeling, and correct patient information on all studies.
• Open to working in a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.
• Comfortable maintaining and cleaning equipment regularly and reporting any technical issues promptly.
• Willing to support portable imaging procedures in ICU, ER, or bedside situations.
• Understands how to adhere to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standards for radiation exposure.
