Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker for our cold storage facility — perfect for someone who’s physically prepared, detail-focused, and comfortable working in refrigerated environments. You’ll help unload delivery trucks, sort parcels by size, weight, and destination code, and route them to the proper outbound zone. You’ll scan and label thousands of packages per shift, working with speed and accuracy to meet shipping deadlines. You’ll help unload incoming inventory, sort products by SKU or category, and restock shelves to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. You’ll be responsible for keeping aisles clear, shelves stocked, and the entire work area neat, clean, and hazard-free. You’ll scan and label inventory with speed and precision, working within set time limits to maintain cold chain integrity. You’ll be expected to lift, slide, and stack packages of varying sizes — from envelopes to oversized boxes. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll report damaged items, misrouted parcels, or label issues immediately to prevent errors or delays.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle fragile, hazardous, or oversized goods with appropriate care and tools.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or internal transfer.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear to maintain a secure work environment.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
• Use barcode scanners or warehouse management software to track inventory in real time.

Preferred:

• Comfortable lifting, stacking, and moving heavy boxes safely according to warehouse safety guidelines.
• Available for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak seasons.
• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.
• Familiar with warehouse software (WMS), handheld RF scanners, or mobile picking devices.
• Enjoys physical, hands-on work and seeing tangible progress throughout each shift.

You’ll report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply shortages to supervisors right away. You’ll wear PPE including gloves, reflective vests, and steel-toed shoes while following all safety procedures. You’ll wear PPE, reflective gear, and follow safety markings in low-light or quiet conditions. You’ll work in layered PPE including insulated gloves, jackets, and boots, which are provided and maintained by the facility. You’ll be expected to hit productivity and accuracy goals while staying respectful of the low-noise environment. You’ll work in a fast-moving, highly coordinated team where timing and rhythm are everything.
