Description:
We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who blends aesthetic intuition with user-first thinking — someone who sees design as a tool for clarity, not decoration. You're not just a visual thinker — you're a systems thinker, someone who can zoom out to understand the broader product vision and zoom in to finesse a button state or micro-interaction. You’ll take loosely defined ideas and shape them into clean, purposeful experiences through research, iteration, and collaboration. Whether you’re mapping user journeys, prototyping interactive flows, or refining UI components, you’re always thinking holistically about how design impacts the full product experience. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. You understand that beautiful design means nothing if users are confused, stuck, or overwhelmed. You understand design systems and love the idea of making things scalable and consistent without stifling creativity. You think in components, flows, and responsive grids, but you also think in feelings — how something looks *and* how it makes someone feel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Be a design advocate in the team—championing great UX and keeping users at the center of every decision.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and smoothly.
- Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose and enhances usability.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and internal reviews—perfection is a process, not a destination.
- Help onboard junior designers or cross-functional teammates by sharing best practices and giving feedback.
Preferred:
- Background or studies in interaction design, HCI, visual communication, or related fields.
- Enjoys solving complex problems through intuitive and elegant interfaces.
- Pays attention to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Understands responsive design and how interfaces adapt across devices.
- Can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
Benefits:
- We ship often, tweak constantly, and celebrate every thoughtful touch.
- You’ll always have room to learn, push back, and try wild ideas.
- Collaborate with engineers who *want* your feedback, not avoid it.
- We value deep thinking, not just fast wireframes.
- Cross-functional teams with real trust — PMs, devs, and designers work as equals.
You stay curious, keeping tabs on new patterns, technologies, and tools, but always bring the focus back to real users and real impact. Whether you’re refining a core experience or experimenting with something brand new, you care about the "why" behind every design decision. Accessibility isn’t an afterthought for you — it’s baked into your process. Let’s design products that aren’t just usable — they’re loved. If you’ve ever said, “What’s the goal here? ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
