Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who can shape raw emotion into powerful sound — someone who understands groove, structure, and how to guide an artist toward their most honest and compelling work. You’ll produce original music across formats: singles, soundtracks, branded content, live activations, and more. You’ll guide artists, clients, and creative teams through the production process — from sketch ideas to polished delivery. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. You’ll program beats, compose melodies, and design textures that enhance emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. You’ll manage recording sessions, provide creative input, and keep energy high while maintaining technical precision. We expect you to balance emotion with technical excellence, making sure every sound choice supports the message, not just the vibe. You’ll balance creativity with technical know-how — exporting, compressing, and preparing assets for every use case, from Dolby Atmos to TikTok. You’ll also help shape sonic branding, audio identities, and long-term sound strategy for clients or in-house properties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Protect intellectual property—register compositions, clear samples, and track rights.
• Collaborate with audio engineers or mastering pros to finish songs at a high professional level.
• Use DAWs like Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or FL Studio to record, edit, and produce tracks.
• Be ready to switch genres or styles depending on the artist or project goals.
• Oversee the full music production process—from concept to final mix and master.

Preferred:

• Able to manage project deadlines and creatively solve technical or artistic challenges on the fly.
• Can adapt production style to client vision while maintaining technical and artistic quality.
• Familiar with mastering basics or able to prepare premasters for external engineers.
• Organized with session file management, plugin presets, and version control for collaborative workflows.
• Familiar with vocal editing, tuning (e.g., Melodyne, Auto-Tune), and aligning timing for a polished result.
