Description:

We’re searching for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who’s part strategist, part communicator, and 100% relationship-builder. You’ll identify, vet, and contact influencers across various platforms who align with our brand voice and audience. You’ll scout influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond — always with relevance, not just reach, in mind. You’ll send tailored outreach messages that reflect our brand’s tone and respect the creator’s craft. You’ll track each conversation in a structured system and follow up with consistency and care. You’ll be responsible for managing conversations, negotiating terms, and making sure influencers feel supported throughout the campaign. You’ll be expected to juggle dozens of conversations at once — and still make each one feel human. You’ll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to make sure influencer content aligns with the brand’s tone and timing. inflated numbers, and you use that to guide smarter targeting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Process orders daily, ensuring supplier fulfillment is smooth and tracking info is updated for customers.
• Research new products and trends using tools like Oberlo, DSers, or TikTok/Instagram to find winning items for testing.
• Respond to refund requests, complaints, or chargebacks with professionalism, aiming to retain customer goodwill.
• Keep documentation organized—product specs, supplier details, SKU lists, and SOPs ready to scale.
• Track and update stock levels or remove underperforming products to keep the catalog fresh and relevant.

Preferred:

• Understands refund, return, and dispute handling in a dropshipping context.
• Comfortable editing product images using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Understands how to tag and categorize products for easy navigation and discovery.
• Interested in learning about Facebook Ads, TikTok marketing, or email automation tools.
• Pays attention to product details like pricing, variants, and inventory levels.
