Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating graphics for videos, advertisements, social media, and web content. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, and create visually compelling animations. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll use your expertise in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create stunning animations. You’ll collaborate with video editors and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various media projects. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and new ideas for animation techniques and styles. You’ll ensure animations are optimized for a wide range of devices and platforms, ensuring they look great everywhere.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in creative brainstorms and pitch visual ideas that enhance storytelling or engagement.
• Ensure animations are optimized for platform-specific specs and don’t impact page speed or playback quality.
• Design animated assets such as logo reveals, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and short-form visual loops.
• Understand storytelling flow, pacing, and emotion—motion isn’t just movement, it’s communication.
• Stay up to date with animation trends, styles, and tools to keep your work modern and relevant.

Preferred:

• Can animate logos, icons, lower thirds, and explainer-style content.
• Willing to receive feedback and iterate quickly based on creative direction.
• Background or interest in animation, visual storytelling, or graphic design.
• Able to collaborate with designers, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Proficient in motion design tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

You’ll ensure that animations are visually consistent with the brand identity and maintain a high standard of design quality.
