Description:

We’re hiring a remote Etsy Shop Manager who can keep things running smoothly while helping our brand grow creatively and strategically. You’ll take full ownership of the shop’s daily operations — from uploading new items to ensuring customers get what they ordered on time. You know how to write listings that not only describe the product but sell the story behind it. You understand how Etsy’s algorithm works and aren’t afraid to test and tweak until things click. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You’ll track sales performance, notice trends, and make recommendations on what’s working (and what’s not). You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, and you understand how to use data to drive decisions and test new ideas. You’ll plan seasonal campaigns and help develop promos that align with shop goals and customer trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Continuously improve—test new product types, niches, or formats based on market demand and shop analytics.
• Maintain a tidy digital workspace with clean file storage, templates, and product assets ready to duplicate or adapt.
• Coordinate Etsy Ads, discounts, and sales events while tracking ROI and adjusting budget accordingly.
• Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, or limited-time offers to drive traffic and sales.
• Keep an eye on inventory or file delivery issues and fix anything before it impacts customer experience.

Preferred:

• Organized and dependable with task tracking, inventory checks, and schedule planning.
• Familiar with policies around returns, disputes, and Etsy seller standards.
• Knows how to respond to customer messages with clarity, kindness, and efficiency.
• Keeps up with Etsy algorithm changes, marketplace trends, and best practices.
• Familiar with shipping platforms like Pirate Ship or ShipStation is a plus.
