Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll manage and enhance gig content, including crafting engaging titles, descriptions, pricing structures, and visual assets. You’ll manage our Fiverr profile, update gig details, and keep everything aligned with the latest trends and best practices. You’ll analyze gig data, track performance, and adjust listings based on results to maximize conversions and visibility. You’ll analyze gig performance and implement strategies to increase visibility, improve rankings, and boost sales. You’ll optimize gig visibility through the use of strategic keywords, SEO practices, and Fiverr’s promotional tools. You’ll help identify opportunities to expand our services, create new gigs, and tap into profitable niches. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll optimize gig photos, videos, and keywords, making sure everything is aligned with Fiverr’s search engine requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.
• Balance multiple orders at once without compromising delivery standards or client communication quality.
• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.
• Help define pricing tiers, package details, and add-on services to maximize order value and transparency.
• Coordinate revisions, delivery timelines, and scope expectations to ensure high satisfaction and five-star reviews.

Preferred:

• Open to collaborating with service providers (designers, writers, editors, etc.) to refine deliverables.
• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Pays close attention to gig delivery timelines, customer expectations, and quality standards.
• Comfortable writing clear, compelling gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs.
• Able to handle custom order requests, upsell add-ons, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
