We’re looking for a Newsletter Copywriter who can turn ordinary updates into engaging, click-worthy stories that spark interest and drive action. You’ll be the voice behind the screen that informs, entertains, and motivates our audience to take action, whether that’s clicking a link, discovering something new, or simply staying connected to the brand. You’ll craft subject lines that stand out, write copy that flows like a conversation, and always keep the reader at the center of every word. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to align each newsletter with campaign goals, seasonal trends, and brand tone. You’re comfortable writing in different voices, adapting tone for different segments, and balancing creativity with strategic goals like clicks, conversions, or retention. You’re someone who understands how to build anticipation, create urgency without pressure, and write CTAs that convert without sounding like a sales pitch.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt tone and structure depending on audience type—B2B, B2C, warm leads, or loyal subscribers.
• Collaborate with designers to make sure layout and visuals enhance, not distract from, the message.
• Write engaging, concise, and brand-aligned copy for weekly or monthly newsletters that people actually want to open and read.
• Coordinate with product, support, or leadership teams to include important updates without overwhelming the reader.
• Bring personality and brand voice to every edition so subscribers feel a connection to what they’re reading.

Preferred:

• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy.
• Open to feedback and iterating on drafts based on performance or team input.
• Has experience writing for different types of newsletters — editorial, promotional, or digest.
• Understands tone, voice, and how to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Organized with deadlines and capable of managing multiple email drafts at once.
