We’re hiring a motivated and resourceful Remote Recruiter to help us attract top-tier talent to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a recruiting strategy. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll evaluate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. You’ll manage relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. You’ll ensure a diverse candidate pool by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking. You’ll help with negotiating offers, ensuring that candidates understand the role, compensation, and benefits offered.
Basic Qualifications:
- Facilitate feedback collection post-interviews, ensuring timely decision-making and a smooth candidate experience.
- Help optimize or document hiring processes, templates, and internal communication workflows.
- Partner with DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse candidates and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
- Work on multiple openings across departments, balancing priorities while maintaining a high-touch approach with candidates.
- Track candidates and stages using ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or Notion to maintain an organized pipeline.
Preferred:
- Familiar with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or AmazingHiring.
- Able to conduct initial interviews and assess soft skills, culture fit, and role alignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates professionally.
- Wants to grow into roles like Talent Partner, People Ops Manager, or Head of Recruiting.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
