Description:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to support our team with administrative and organizational tasks. You’ll manage and coordinate daily schedules, making sure meetings, appointments, and tasks are organized and on time. You’ll handle a wide variety of tasks, from managing emails and phone calls to organizing documents and preparing reports. You’ll assist with organizing travel plans, from booking flights to coordinating hotel stays and creating clear itineraries. You’ll also help with data entry, file management, and document organization to keep things running smoothly. You’ll manage a variety of tasks, including research, data entry, and preparing materials for meetings and presentations. You’ll assist in creating reports, drafting presentations, and preparing materials for meetings or conferences. You’ll handle personal tasks as needed, such as gift ordering, event planning, or research projects. You’ll coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and materials in advance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Assist with personal tasks like online purchases, appointments, or simple research—whatever helps free up time.
  • Be the calm presence behind the scenes that keeps chaos at bay and momentum moving forward.
  • Stay organized with folders, filters, tags, and templates—small systems make a big difference remotely.
  • Support small team coordination if needed—sending reminders, checking schedules, or confirming logistics.
  • Do light internet research to gather info, compare options, or vet vendors before decisions are made.

Preferred:

  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Background or interest in administration, communications, business, or remote operations.
  • Experience booking travel, managing expenses, or coordinating logistics remotely.
  • Clear written communication skills for remote collaboration and task clarification.
  • Interested in growing into roles like Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator.
