Description:
We’re searching for a Digital Product Designer who designs with intent, leads with empathy, and always keeps the end-user in focus. You won’t just be designing interfaces; you’ll be crafting product experiences from the ground up, grounded in empathy, usability, and clear visual storytelling. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into smart, elegant solutions that scale. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UIs that are responsive, accessible, and rooted in real user feedback. You believe design is more than aesthetics — it's about making people feel confident, understood, and in control when they interact with a product. You love working within design systems but aren’t afraid to evolve them when necessary. You’ll work with PMs, engineers, and content folks in an agile environment where feedback loops are fast, and ownership is shared. You think in components, flows, and responsive grids, but you also think in feelings — how something looks *and* how it makes someone feel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Be proactive in identifying UX issues and suggesting improvements even outside your immediate tasks.
- Present and communicate your design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Jump into user testing or customer interviews when needed—design is not just a desk job.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
Preferred:
- Values design ethics, clarity, and consistency across the user journey.
- Experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
- Knows how to prioritize tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
- Interested in staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Benefits:
- Collaborate with engineers who *want* your feedback, not avoid it.
- Remote-first culture with optional creative retreats (yes, with moodboards).
- Design from wherever you feel most creative — home, studio, or mountain café.
- Your designs will be seen, used, and sometimes screenshotted with joy.
- Access to paid tools like Figma Pro, IconJar, and all the fonts you secretly love.
You stay curious, keeping tabs on new patterns, technologies, and tools, but always bring the focus back to real users and real impact. You give and receive feedback with generosity, and you’re always pushing to make the product better, cleaner, and more delightful. You're familiar with accessibility standards, responsive design, and building for performance — because design isn't finished until it works for *everyone*. You balance creativity with usability, and you never let trendy visuals get in the way of functional clarity. Let’s make things people enjoy using — not just tolerate. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
