Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee — no commercial experience required, just solid basics in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a strong desire to grow fast. You’ll start by turning static layouts into flexible, mobile-first designs that work across all screen sizes and browsers. You’ll work inside a real codebase from week one — building components, fixing layout issues, and learning the logic behind dynamic interfaces. You’ll get hands-on with responsive design, layout systems like Flexbox and Grid, and learn how to write clean, maintainable code. You’ll learn how to build grid systems, use flexbox effectively, and avoid layout hacks that break in production. We’ll show you how to read Figma files, translate mockups into working interfaces, and implement pixel-perfect UIs. You’ll learn how to manage responsiveness across breakpoints, support dark mode, and ensure layouts hold up under real content. You’ll get experience working in sprints, tracking tasks in tools like Jira or Trello, and collaborating through Git and code reviews. We’ll support you with 1:1 mentorship, pair programming, and review sessions that help you level up every week.

Basic Qualifications:

• Test components visually and logically before they reach production.
• Learn by doing, failing, asking, and trying again—this role is about growth.
• Help QA teammates and respond quickly to reported bugs or UI issues.
• Commit code regularly, open pull requests, and respond to review comments with curiosity—not ego.
• Fix layout bugs, polish animations, and make sure everything looks great on all screen sizes.

Preferred:

• Able to build clean, accessible, and semantic markup with attention to browser compatibility.
• Pays attention to performance optimization, lazy loading, and image handling in web apps.
• Comfortable working with backend developers to integrate frontend with APIs and auth flows.
• Values clean code, reusability, and continuous learning in a technical role.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
