Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Remote HR Coordinator to help manage the administrative side of our human resources department. You’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, helping us find top talent that aligns with our company culture. You’ll be responsible for scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting new hires throughout their first days. You’ll handle employee documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with compliance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll collaborate with management to implement employee engagement strategies, creating a positive and productive work culture. You’ll assist in the development of HR policies, making sure they reflect our values and industry best practices. You’ll ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, helping to mitigate risks and promote fairness. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to help develop and implement employee growth initiatives and performance reviews. You’ll help manage the company’s benefit programs, ensuring employees have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Continuously look for ways to improve HR workflows and make remote processes more efficient and human-centric.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, directing employees to the right resources or escalating when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with performance review cycles—sending reminders, tracking submissions, and compiling feedback when needed.
- Help create a positive, inclusive remote work culture—because HR isn't just admin, it's how people experience the company.
