Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s ready to jump into the creative process and help turn raw ideas into powerful, polished content — no experience required, just passion, discipline, and a love for media. You’ll assist in every stage of production: from brainstorming ideas to shooting video and mixing sound. We’ll teach you how to structure stories, set up gear, and build timelines that keep projects on track. You’ll assist in setting up lights, cameras, microphones, or DAWs depending on the type of content being created. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, Audacity, or CapCut for editing and refinement. We’ll guide you through planning and storyboarding, helping you understand how content flows and hooks viewers. You’ll learn how to produce for different platforms — from fast-paced Reels to longer YouTube breakdowns. You’ll also help repurpose content, creating cutdowns, teasers, and platform-specific versions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Champion storytelling and originality over just chasing trends or views.
• Scout locations, book talent, and secure gear or licenses needed for filming or recording.
• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.
• Deliver polished, platform-ready assets optimized for YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, or wherever the content lives.
• Coordinate teams of writers, editors, musicians, videographers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.

Preferred:

• Organized with file structure, content calendars, release schedules, and version tracking.
• Familiar with audience development, metadata, thumbnails, and engagement tactics for content performance.
• Understands how to brief editors, musicians, or animators with clarity and constructive feedback.
• Comfortable balancing creative vision with timelines, budgets, and platform-specific requirements.
• Background or interest in media production, filmmaking, music production, or creative strategy.
